The ICR.IAS Joint Venture’s experienced TechnowrapTM Supervisors can perform repairs to engineered clamps which are compliant to international composite and steel codes including ISO 24817, ASME PCC-2 and class society approvals. These repairs can be applied in a range of environmental conditions including on live lines and underwater.
Trained TechnowrapTM Supervisors are critical to the application of the repair. All technicians are multiskilled and are able to apply multiple surface preparation options and well as live leak sealing and vacuum bagging.
TechnowrapTM can be applied to GRE and a wide range of steels. The composite repair and underlying steel are monitored and inspected over the life of the repair. Once applied TechnowrapTM moves with the steel as one structural component reinstating the original strength of the steel for long term integrity.
